Welcome to Divided Sky, a recently reopened horse/human rpg set in a small Mississippi town. There are currently no bans, and TONS of canons, as well as some wanted characters that you should check out. Take a look at the links (above) to get a good idea of what we're all about. If you're thinking of joining, please don't hesitate to ask any questions and take a look around. If you like what you see, please join! We'd love to have you here!

All dead threads will be moved here after a week of no activity in that thread. Every thread will be moved here after a site clean up, which will happen every so often- gotta stay organized! (: Need a thread back? Contact a staff member.
The application template can be found here, as well as the canons. THIS is where you should post your app. When it's approved, it'll be moved to the 'accepted' board.
You know what they are- but in case you're completely oblivious as to what plot pages are, I'll explain in one short sentence. They are the easiest and best way to make friends, enemies, lovers, etc. Check 'em out and post once your character's been accepted!
Divided Sky Farms is situated on 200 acres, most of it fairly grassy and a nice place for horses to graze and rest. There are two barns, each with 15 stalls and one tack room.
The pastures are by far the greenest in Divided Sky. A man made creek runs through each portioned section, and trees and run ins provide shelter and shade for the horses during inclement weather.
The trails wind through Divided Sky and a few surrounding towns, and are quite scenic. Along the way, there are places for camping and to stop for picnics.
This 100 acre plot is owned by the Montgomery family, and has been owned by them since it was first built during the Antebellum era. It has two decent sized barns designed for the rescue and rehabilitation of troubled and abused horses. It's named after The Beatles song and the surrounding strawberry fields.
Since Divided Sky has a lot of people in the horse business, a small shopping center was created just for equine products. Here, people can buy tack, feed, grooming supplies, and even trailers for their horses.
This shopping center is relatively small, and includes only products for the humans of Divided Sky. All sorts of stores are here, including loads of brand names and designers.
French for 'the flower', this small restaurant reaches back to Mississippi's French roots serving up both French dishes as well as American food. It's a quaint building that was built about 100 years ago, and is rumored to be haunted.
This old hotel has been in the same family for 75 years, and is one of the only hotels in town. It's cheap prices and beautiful rooms make it a hot spot for tourists.
The small diner was established in the 1920s, and is a family favorite. The workers here are very friendly, probably just trying to get a big tip because the pay sucks.
The outskirts of town is composed of the vast Mississippi countryside. Swamplands cover some parts of it, while in others old plantations still stand. The wealthy and middle class tend to reside here.
Advertise here. There are three different boards to post in: links backs, first timers, and affiliates. Thanks! UNLESS WE'VE ADVERTISED ON YOUR IF SITE, ONLY PROBOARDS, PLEASE.
If you're going on vacation, don't have internet connection, or have been grounded, maybe you can't get on the computer. Or maybe you're quitting and just don't wanna get on... anyways, let us know here!
